2019 LEA Convocation!

Our 2019 LEA Convocation has again gone mobile, and we’re getting the app ready for you! A major feature of the 2019 LEA Convocation is the use of a mobile app for smart devices that will help connect you more fully with the events and experiences of the convocation and other convocation attendees.

What is the mobile app and
what does it offer?

Our mobile app is a mobile guide for you to use from Guidebook. It allows you to plan your day with a personalized schedule, browse and find attendees, sectionals, speakers, exhibitors, hotel information, maps, general convocation information, and much more! All the information you need regarding the convocation is available to you in a digital format and can be accessed through any of your smart devices and computer. We strongly encourage you to get the guide to stay connected and access the most up-to-date information about the convocation.

When our 2019 LEA Convocation guide goes public in May, you’ll be able to download and start using it to maximize your convocation experience!

Downloading and using the app is easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. guidebook appDownload the 'Guidebook' app from the Apple, Google, or Amazon app stores OR
  2. Scan a QR code (to be published when the guide goes live) with your device’s QR scanner.
  3. Once you have downloaded the Guidebook app, click on the open button in the upper right hand corner.find guides
  4. Click on Find Guides in the lower right corner.
  5. When the Find Guides page opens, type 2019 LEA Convocation in the Search box at the top of the page.

  6. Click on the guide 2019 LEA Convocation to start downloading it.
  7. When it is finished downloading click on the open tab and you are ready to start using the guide!

You are now able to access all the convocation information you need to enhance your experience!
